150 g ham 150 g spicy salami sliced cheese 1 pk egg to spread sesame, sunflower seeds

In a little milk and sugar make a sourdough starter. Mix the flour with salt, oil, add the sourdough starter and milk as needed. Let the dough rise in a warm place.

From the dough make 6 loaves, which we roll out and cut into triangles.

Fill with ham, salami, cheese and roll into rolls. Brush with egg and sprinkle with seeds.

Bake for about 30 min at 200 degrees.
