Rolled Omelette with Sausage

You don’t have to grate the leftover rolls, but they can be made into a very easy, quick and cheap omelette with sausage and parsley.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs by hand with milk, baking powder, salt and pepper
2. Add to them the sausage chopped finely and parsley
3. Fry the finely chopped bacon; then fry the diced rolls in the same pan until slightly golden
4. Turn off the heat and pour in the egg mixture
5. Fry for about four minutes, then use a shallow plate to carefully turn and serve after one minute.
Recommendation:
This quick dinner tastes good with a vegetable salad or pickles. Other variations: you can add grated cheese, chopped capers, chopped sausages, leftover roast meat, you name it. If you have leftover rolls at home, cut them into cubes and put them in the freezer. They are then always at hand (croutons for soup, for stuffing or even just for this omelette.
