Make the first sponge cake.:Beat eggs with sugar, add oil, mix for about 3 minutes, add flour mixed with baking powder and bake the sponge cake (bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees).

Cool sponge cake and spread with apricot jam and roll into a roll.

Make the second sponge cake in the same way as the first, but add 2 tbsp cocoa powder at the end.

Line a large biscuit tin with baking paper, place the rolled biscuit in the tin and top with the cocoa biscuit.
5.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the tin and drizzle with chocolate.
