Recipe from Rokycany for tomatoes stuffed with cottage cheese mixture.

Procedure:
1. Dry the washed tomatoes and cut the tops about two-thirds of the way off
2. Scoop out the flesh from both parts, put it in a bowl, add cottage cheese, softened butter, grated cheese, finely chopped onion and chopped chives
3. Fill the hollowed out tomatoes with the finished mixture, cover them with a cut “cap” and decorate the top with whipped cream garnished with chopped chives
5. Serve the tomatoes well chilled, preferably with fresh bread.
