Rocky road chocolate chips

American hömpötyksiä again but ah, so tasty. Rocky road chocolate chips have a hint of marshmallows and salt and pepper, a classic combination of salty and sweet.
Ingredients for six
150 g butter 150 g dark chocolate 3 eggs 2 dl sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 dl wheat flour marshmallows and sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 2 dl wheat flour 1 tbsp.a few lines of melted chocolate on the top of the pie
Melt the butter in a saucepan and chop the chocolate in the bottom into the butter. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
Place the butter and chocolate mixture in a bowl and stir in the sugar, eggs, and wheat flour and baking powder mixture. Mix a few marshmallows into the dough and crush the marshmallows according to your taste.
Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with baking paper (approx. 20x30cm) Bake the Rocky road chocolates at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the marshmallows into small pieces. Remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallows over the top. Bake the chocolate chips in the oven for a while longer, so that the marshmallows melt a little. Melt the rest of the chocolate and make streaks of it on the surface of the bake. Cut Rocky road into small pieces and serve.
