Roasted wild mushrooms with garlic and parsley

Forest mushrooms baked in the oven, seasoned with garlic, cream and parsley.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place sliced mushrooms in a buttered baking dish
2. In a pan melt the butter in which sauté the crushed garlic, pour the garlic base over the mushrooms
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes
5. Serve the dish with bread, which we dip in the juice.
