Roasted Vegetable Recipes in the oven

10 pcs potatoes in skin 3 pcs carrots 2 pcs parsley 3 sprigs fresh thyme pcs salt 1.5 liters water 1 pcs red onion 2 cloves garlic 5 tbsp olive oil pcs black pepper 2 tsp romaine cumin

Have a healthier version with your TV in the evening instead of potato chips 🙂

Wash the potatoes whole in their skins, clean the carrots and parsley and cut them crosswise

2.

Place all the Vegetable Recipes in a pot, add sprigs of fresh thyme, salt and cover with water.

Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.

4.

Drain the greens and let cool.

5.

Quarter the potatoes and add the remaining carrots and parsley.

6.

Cut the red onion into quarters and add to the vegetable mixture, along with the cenacle left in the skin.

Drizzle the Vegetable Recipes with olive oil (do not spare, the Vegetable Recipes must be sufficiently coated in oil), salt, pepper and sprinkle with Roman cumin.

8.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, transfer the Vegetable Recipes to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the Vegetable Recipes are nicely browned on the outside.
