4 pcs potatoes 3 stalks celery stalks 1 cup baby carrots 1 cup Brussels sprouts 1 pcs onion 8 cloves garlic 3 sprigs fresh rosemary pcs olive oil pcs ground black pepper 2 tbsp vegetable seasoning mix

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Add progressively all the Vegetable Recipes – diced potatoes with skin on, diced celery stalks, baby carrots, salted brussels sprouts, onions cut into large chunks and whole garlic cloves.

Spread a few sprigs of fresh rosemary, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and sprinkle with a vegetable seasoning mix.

Toss everything together.

Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
