Roasted Rabbit with Pork Flank

Together with onion and garlic roasted rabbit back, pork and smoked flank.

Procedure:
1. Clean the meat, divide the back of the rabbit into 4 portions, make deeper cuts in the pork flank with a knife
2. Sprinkle the prepared portions of rabbit and pork flank with salt and cumin
3. Put the peeled and sliced onion into the baking dish together with the peeled and unsliced garlic, and top with the meat
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for about 90 minutes, turning the meat several times during the baking process
5. Remove the roasted rabbit and pork, keep warm

Recommendation:
Serve potato or bread dumplings and steamed spinach as a side dish.
