We had boiled potatoes left in the skin, there was Tofu in the fridge at home , I conjured up a lunch for my daughter.
1. Slice the potatoes thinly, slice the carrots also thinly,chop the onions finely, dice the tofu also. 2. Fry the onion in a little oil, add a little ground red pepper, fry the tofu. 3. Add the chopped carrots. Later add the sliced potatoes, cover and simmer for a while. Stir.Season with salt,pepper. 4. Good taste.
