500 g potatoes 4 pcs garlic cloves 4 tbsp olive oil 1 bunch of parsley 2 tbsp salt 1/4 tsp allspice

Place well washed and dried potatoes in a baking dish

Bake the potatoes covered for 20 minutes at 250 °C, then turn them over and brush them again.
