Roasted Pork (Jakiniku donburi)

Japanese recipe for pork meat noodles fried together with apple pieces, onion and garlic.

Ingredients:

150 g of pork leg 4 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc onions 1 pc apple 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tablespoons white wine 2 tablespoons oil oil for browning Vegetable Recipes for garnish salt

Procedure:

1. Add salt to the meat and cut into noodles
2. Chop the peeled garlic and onion finely, mix with the meat noodles
3. Grate the apple into the meat mixture, add the soy sauce, white wine and let it rest for 10 minutes

Recommendation:

Serve the meat prepared in this way in bowls half filled with cooked rice and arrange portions of the meat mixture on top, garnish with fresh Vegetable Recipes.
