Roasted porcini mushroom with beans, corn and pasta

1 packet oyster mushrooms 1 bunch spring onions / leeks 1 can sterilized red beans in brine 3 cloves garlic 1 handful parsley for garnish 200 g multicolored pasta 1 pk carrots 5 drops worcester sauce salt, ground pepper

A quick and beautifully colourful dish of mushrooms and lots of Vegetable Recipes. A light dinner or lunch that even children will appreciate.

Prepare everything you need.

Let’s cook the pasta.

Cut the onion, parsley and mushroom, clean the garlic.
4.
Fry the onion and garlic gently in olive oil.
5.
Add mushrooms, pepper, salt.
6.
After a while, add the washed corn with the canned beans. Stir and sauté for a few minutes.
7.
Sprinkle with carrot shavings and gently stir.
8.
Finally season with parsley, Worcestershire sauce.
9.
Place on a plate with the pasta, which has been softened with butter after draining, and serve.
