Roasted Pigeons

Pigeon preparation by roasting.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Chop the bacon finely and melt it on a baking tray, add softened butter, finely chopped onions and carrots, spices, parsley and simmer briefly
2. Salt and pepper the cleaned pigeons, put them on top of the Vegetable Recipes, pour a little broth and wine over them and bake in a medium oven (190 °C)
3. Twenty minutes before the pigeons are done, add the plain flour dissolved in a little broth and mix it with the juice.
Recommendation:
Supplement: Boiled potatoes or boiled rice and currant jelly.
