Roasted peppers with mushroom filling
ingredients
4 pcs large peppers 5 pcs egg 400 g various types of mushrooms 150 g hard cheese 1 pcs onion pcs ground pepper pcs salt pcs ground dried mushrooms pcs oil
procedure

Pre fry the onion in the oil

Slice the mushrooms and rinse with water.

Peel the mushrooms finely chopped and add to the onions, saute. Season with salt and pepper.

I add home ground dried mushrooms as seasoning.

When the mushrooms are smothered and don’t have much water, add the eggs and make a scramble.

Let cool for a while and add grated hard cheese. Stir.
7.
Wash the peppers and cut them for stuffing. Remove the seeds. Place on baking paper and drizzle with a little oil.
8.
Fill with filling and bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
9.
Remove from the oven and serve with potatoes or cold with bread.
