procedure
1. Wash the peppers, dry them, remove the grains and cut them into larger pieces. Place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, dried garlic, Provençal herbs and drizzle with olive oil. 2. Place them in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
