250 g shelled peas 40 g lard 20 g plain flour 20 g onion 20 g breadcrumbs to taste salt,black pepper,green parsley
procedure
Put the pea skins in water and boil.Put the peas into the drained water from the skins.Make a roux from the flour and lard,add the grated onion,fry,pour the water,pour in the peas and boil.Season with salt,pepper and finally add the breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
