Roasted mushrooms with spicy mixture

Champion hats stuffed with a cold prepared mixture of ham, bacon, spring onions, capers, garlic, chilli and herbs.

Ingredients:

16 pieces of larger mushrooms 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs spring onions 1 pc onion 3-4 tbsp sour cream 100 g of English bacon 100 g ham 50 g red capers butter pepper chilli oil salt herbs to taste

Procedure:

1. Clean the mushrooms and break off the legs
2. Add salt and a knob of butter inside
3. In a bowl, mix chopped onion, chopped mushroom legs, crushed garlic, chopped ham, bacon and capers
3. Add sour cream, chilli to taste, salt and pepper to the mixture
4. Mix and spoon into mushroom bowls
5. Brush the surface lightly with oil, sprinkle herbs to taste (oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc.) and bake on baking paper on a baking sheet for about 20-25 minutes at 180 °C
6. Serve hot.

Recommendation:

You can also use meatballs or young bedlacs.
