Roasted mixed Vegetable Recipes

1/4 kg carrots 1/4 kg cauliflower 1/4 kg kale 4 pcs egg 4 dl milk 1 pcs bun a little ground black pepper to taste salt 80 g lard 1 pcs onion

1. In half of the lard fry finely chopped onion, add cleaned carrots cut into rings, add salt, pour water and simmer. 2. Put the cleaned kale and cauliflower to boil in boiling water. 3. Place the cooked kale leaves on a greased baking tray, put the stewed carrots on top of them, then the kale leaves, the cauliflower florets on top of them and the kale leaves on top again. 4. Put the eggs, salt, pepper, bread cut into small cubes into the milk and mix well. Pour over the Vegetable Recipes and bake. 5. Serve with roasted potatoes.
