Roasted marinated roach

Roasted roach marinated with Vegetable Recipes in a spicy brine for 2-3 days, served cold with bread or other pastries.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

1. Cut the cleaned, gutted roach along the backbone, season with salt and lemon juice and let stand for 15 minutes
2. Prepare the marinade; put the spices, sliced carrots, parsley and celery in salted water, boil until the Vegetable Recipes are soft, then add the vinegar, boil for a while and let cool
