Roasted Garlic Garlic

Cloves of garlic roasted in the oven, then squeezed into the chicken broth, served seasoned with thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garnished with croutons and grated cheese.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of garlic scapes 2 pcs mushrooms 1 l chicken stock 30 g grated cheese 1 tbsp lemon juice olive oil thyme pepper salt baking linen

Procedure:

1. Cut off the tops of the garlic heads with a sharp knife, drizzle them with olive oil, wrap them in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes
2. Lightly squeeze the garlic cloves into a bowl and spread with a fork
3. Heat the chicken broth, add the roasted garlic, season with thyme, lemon juice, salt and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes
4. Pour the boiling soup into plates, add the cubes of dry-roasted bread rolls and sprinkle with grated cheese.
