Roasted cauliflower

Since then, no one can tell you about the “flowers”. Roasted cauliflower with parmesan rind is a great and easy side dish for meat dishes. It’s perfect for my takeaway.

Ingredients for four

1 cauliflower olive oil; 2 handfuls of grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 200C. Chop the cauliflower. Grate the parmesan.

Lay a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray and spread the cauliflower on it. Drizzle with olive oil, season generously with salt and pepper and stir so that each piece of cauliflower is covered with oil. Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the cauliflower.

Fry the cauliflower for 15 minutes at 200C, then remove from the oven to a rack or grill and cook for 5-10 minutes more. be careful not to overcook, but there should be a good amount of water on the surface anyway. The roasted cauliflower should be soft inside and crispy on the outside.

Just cook the roasted cauliflower for a couple of minutes after the oven. It can be enjoyed cold, for example from a takeaway.
