1. Clean your brussels sprouts – discard the top leaves. Tip into a bowl. 2. Season with salt and pepper. Mix. 3. Drizzle with the juice of one lemon and add balsamic vinegar to taste. Stir again. 4. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and stir. 5. Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper. 6. Thread the Brussels sprouts onto skewers. 7. Add the smashed garlic in the skin and sprinkle with fresh thyme. 8. Preheat oven to 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. 9. Serve.
