Roasted Brussels sprouts with honey

700 g Brussels sprouts 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper

A tasty appetizer, but also an excellent side dish…
1.
Cut the stem from the kale and cut each one in half.
2.
Add the kale to a baking dish and drizzle with oil,balsamic vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper and toss the whole thing together.
3.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Let cool for at least 5 minutes and serve.
