Roast with peas
ingredients
4 pcs eggs 1/2 pcs onion salt, pepper black ground 1/2 can peas sterilized (200 g) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp cooking cream

Tip for a quick dinner.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the finely chopped onion and fry.

Place the eggs in a bowl, add the cream, mix lightly with a fork. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, add to the onions and fry briefly, stirring constantly, until the roast has thickened.

Finally stir in the drained peas and can be eaten. Serve with wholemeal bread. Enjoy!
