Roast ribs Asian style

ingredients

700 g pork ribs pcs sesame seeds 2 pcs spring onions

Marinade

2 tbsp water 100 ml soy sauce 2 tbsp cornflour 100 ml orange juice 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp dried chilli powder 2 tbsp fresh ginger 6 cloves garlic 1 tsp sesame oil 3 tbsp brown sugar

1. First, make the marinade – in a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients together in a progressive mixing bowl. 2. Wash and dry the pork ribs. 3. Place in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Stir the bag to coat the ribs with the marinade. 4. Marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. I recommend marinating overnight for at least 12 hours for a stronger flavor. 5. Place the ribs and marinade in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours. 6. Transfer the ribs and marinade to a baking dish. Place open in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes to bake. 7. Serve. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onions.
