Roast pork with sausage

ingredients

700 g pork liver 5 tbsp lard 1 pk red onion 1 pk sausage 10 tbsp passé tomatoes 400 ml water 1 handful parsley 1 KL molasses 100 g plain flour 1 KL salt 1 KL ground black pepper

Great inspiration for Sunday lunch.

1.

Slice the pork roast into small pieces and roll in the batter we made by mixing flour, salt and black pepper.

Heat the pork fat in a frying pan and fry the roasts on both sides. Then put them in a bowl and cover them.

Fry the onion and sausage cut into small pieces in the fat for about 5 minutes.

4.

Add the chopped garlic and the passéed tomatoes dissolved in water. Simmer for 10 minutes and add 1 KL molasses.

Simmer until the roast is soft and season with salt if necessary. Finally, add chopped parsley.
