Roast Pork (Butaniku donburi)

Recipe from Japan for roast pork.

Ingredients:

300 g of pork leg or neck oil For the marinade: 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup white wine 3 tsp ginger 1 tsp sugar 1 piece of leek

Procedure:

1. Prepare the marinade; pour the soy sauce and wine over the sliced leeks, add the ginger and sugar, mix everything together
2. Dip the meat in the marinade and let it marinate for 3-4 hours
3. Bake the meat in three tablespoons of oil, at a temperature of around 190-200 °C, in the oven or in a roasting tin, basting it with the original marinade

Recommendation:

Serve the roasted meat slices on top of rice, garnished with chopped parsley, for example.
