Roast duck legs with sweet cabbage
ingredients
2 pcs whole duck leg 500 g red cabbage 1 pk onion 2 tbsp sugar oil salt semi-coarse flour vinegar

Perfect Sunday lunch!

Place the salted duck legs on a baking tray with some water, cover and bake for an hour and a half, then uncover and finish baking.

Fry the onion in the oil, add the sugar to caramelize and then the red cabbage, salt and a little water. Simmer until tender.
3.
Finish with a little flour and season with salt and a little vinegar.

As a side dish we serve homemade dumplings, this is our Christmas meal.
