Roast beef with mushrooms

Here is a very classic meat dish the roast beef with mushrooms, we offer it in a delicious version with a sauce flavored with brandy and a mixture of Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms.

You can accompany this roast with baked potatoes or croquettes.

Ingredients 4 parts – 2 SP / Part 600 g beef tenderloin 300 g mushrooms 1 carrot Celery 1 onion 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons butter 1 bay leaf 1 glass of Brandy Salt and pepper Preparation:

Wash and grate the carrot and celery, peel the onion, then dice it. Heat the oil with the butter in a saucepan, then add the herbs and brown the meat for 5 minutes.

Add the cognac to the meat pan and let it evaporate for 2 minutes. Add the chopped Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms, season with salt, then add 10 cl of water. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 10 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes, adding water if necessary.

Take the roast beef with mushrooms out of the oven and serve it hot in slices with its Vegetable Recipes and the cooking juices.
