Sweet risotto served burnt!

Ingredients:

1.7 kg of rice 900 g of apricots, peaches or other fruit 300 g of butter 200 g of raisins 100 g of almonds 100 g of nuts 100 g oftr>

50-100 g water water

Procedure:

1. Cook the rice until semi-soft
2. Add peeled, chopped apples, apricots, raisins, almonds, chopped nuts and butter, mix everything together
3. Place the cooked risotto on a platter and garnish with halves of peeled apples, poke holes in them, pour vodka into them and light them just before serving.
