1 pk lettuce 2 pk carrots 4 pk cherry tomatoes 2 cloves garlic 1/2 pk spaghetti zucchini 100 g cheese 1 pk onion pk oil 1 cup rice 2 cups water 2 KL salt 1 KL ground sweet paprika
step
1. Saute onion in oil and add zucchini, carrots, tomatoes and rice. Season with ground sweet paprika, salt and pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. 2. Cover with water (2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice and simmer covered until the water evaporates). 3. Once evaporated, stir in the chopped lettuce. 4. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese and serve. Enjoy!
