Risotto with garnish

An old recipe from the last century for a hearty risotto made with pork, steamed rice, English bacon, onions, masox broth and spices, garnished with grated cheese, tomatoes and peppers.

Ingredients:

500 g of pork shoulder 300 g rice 70 g English bacon 1 pk medium onion 0.5 l of masox cube stock 1 tsp sweet ground pepper grating cheese pepper tomatoes water salt

Post:

1. Fry the chopped bacon in a saucepan and then fry the chopped onion until light yellow
2. Add the meat cut into small cubes, add salt and pepper and simmer until almost tender, basting occasionally with water
3. Finally, add the steamed rice to the meat, stir it, pour in the broth, cover with a lid and simmer until both are completely soft
4. Sprinkle the finished risotto into a small ladle and tip directly onto a plate, sprinkle the individual rice loaves with grated cheese and garnish with fresh chopped tomato and peppercorns.
