Risotto with bacon and mushrooms recipe

Recipe preparation steps
1 Cut the bacon into noodles and fry in a frying pan, add the mushrooms cut into quarters and fry until soft. Remove from the pan and keep warm. 2 Add the oil to the pan, add the onion and garlic after 2 minutes and fry. Add the rice, pour in the stock and reduce the heat by half. Cover and leave to cook, stirring occasionally. 3 When the liquid is almost absorbed , add half the grated cheese and stir. When serving, top with the bacon, mushrooms and sprinkle over the cheese. 4 The amount of liquid in the rice may vary depending on the type of rice.
