Rich Fish Soup

Fish soup – a classic that cannot be missed at Christmas dinner. With the Born in the EU project, we bring you an unusual recipe for this dish.

Ingredients:

1 l fish stock 200 ml fish stock tomato puree 500 g fish meat (trout, carp, pike, mix…) 200 g of carrots 200 g celery 100 g petrels 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs white onions 4 tbsp

td>olive oil 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp smoked paprika fresh coriander bay leaf salt

Procedure:

  • Cut the onion and garlic into cubes and fry in hot oil. Cut the carrots, parsley and celery into small cubes and add to the onions. Sprinkle the Vegetable Recipes with ground paprika and cumin and sauté for a while.
  • Add tomato paste, fish stock and fish cut into larger cubes to the Vegetable Recipes. If you find the soup too thick, you can add more broth.
  • Stir everything, add salt, pepper, bay leaves and cook for about 30 minutes until the Vegetable Recipes are completely soft.
  • Once the soup is ready, remove the bay leaves and serve. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped coriander
