Rich creamy soup with liver and croutons

1 pk onion oil 2 tbsp flour plain 1 pk masox 100 g grated cheddar, eidam, 150 ml whipped cream salt, pepper, vegeta 1 pk garlic cloves 3 slices sandwich bread 40 g butter 250 g chicken liver parsley for garnish
procedure
1. 2. Add the flour, fry, pour in the water and add the masox. Simmer for about 15 minutes.I also add a little vegeta. 3. Then stir in the cheese, cream and cook slowly until the cheese is melted. 4. I whisk to make it smooth and add salt if needed. 5. Smash the garlic and stir it into the melted butter. Place the diced sandwich in the butter mix and pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a 150 C oven. 6. Brush the sandwiches with oil, salt and pepper. Serve, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
