Rice soup with peas and carrots

50 g rice 30 g butter 2 dl sweet cream 10 g plain flour 1 pk egg yolk 1 tbsp butter 100 g sterilized peas 100 g sterilized carrots to taste salt

step

1. Then pour in the broth, add the sweet cream mixed with flour, peas, carrots, salt and cook everything together. 2. Finally, mix in the butter with the egg yolks, but do not boil anymore.
