Rice Salad

Here is the recipe for Rice Salad, a delicious summer salad, complete and very tasty, easy and simple to make for a light and complete meal.

Ingredients for 4 people:

210 g of rice 120 g of cubed chicken ham 150 g of tuna au naturel 100 g of cubed light emmental cheese 100 g of cooked peas 6 pickles 50 g of pitted green olives 5 tablespoons of corn 10 cherry tomatoes 1 tablespoon of olive oil salt, pepper

Preparation :

Cook the rice in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Then drain it
In a bowl put the drained and crumbled tuna, cubed ham, cubed cheese, pickles and olives cut into small pieces, peas, corn cherry tomatoes cut into 4, olive oil, salt and pepper then mix.
Then add the rice and mix, then leave for 10 minutes and serve your WW rice salad.
