400 g rice 4 pcs egg 60 g butter 1/2 liter milk 120 g powdered sugar 20 g raisins to taste vanilla sugar, lemon zest, salt, water
step
1. Cook the sieved and washed rice until semi-soft. Then add milk, salt and cook the rice to a paste. Mix the butter with the sugar and egg yolks, add the cooled rice, grated zest, raisins and stiff snow. 2. Stir lightly, place on a greased baking tray or in a baking tin and bake. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
