Rice pudding with compote

ingredients

80 g rice 2 dl milk 20 g sugar 1 egg 5 g butter to taste vanilla, lemon zest, compote

step

Salt the steamed rice and simmer in milk. Then add butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, grated zest, egg yolk and egg white. Mix everything, put it in a greased dish and bake. Decorate with compote while still warm.
