Similar to porridge, the rice porridge is another classic from the drawer of porridge fans. Enjoy it for breakfast too.
Ingredients:
Rule for 1 serving:
50 g
Rice Menu Gold
250 ml
milk
vanilla pod
cinnamon syrup
seasonal fruit to taste
Procedure:
For 50 g of Menu Gold rice you will need 250 ml of milk. Choose animal milk for a throwback to your childhood, use coconut or poppy seed milk for variety. Both plant milks have their own distinctive flavour that will add a zing to the final dish.
Bring the milk, rice and chicory syrup to the boil and cook until the rice is soft.
Use a vanilla pod for flavouring.
Serve with seasonal fruits to suit your taste and mood.
