Ingredients:

Procedure:
Place the rice, rinsed with boiling water, in a baking dish, pour the milk over it, add a little salt and bake in an oven preheated to 160-170°C until the milk is absorbed into the rice.
While the rice is baking, stir in the caster sugar, smooth the surface and top with peeled, cored and sliced apples.
Divide the hot porridge onto plates, sprinkle the portions with icing sugar and cinnamon, drizzle with melted butter and serve.
