Procedure:
Slice the cleaned turkey meat into noodles, finely chop the peeled onion, slice the peeled garlic, rinse the rice in cold water and drain

Simmer the dish under the lid until semi-soft, then remove a cup of the juice, which we leave aside
Add rice, cleaned, chopped peppers to the meat, stir, bring the pilaf to a boil, cover, put in the oven and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is soft and dry
Mix the melted butter with the flour, add the cup of juice that you have set aside, a little water, simmer for 20 minutes and season with salt if necessary
Before serving, sprinkle the rice pilaf with finely chopped scallions and season with the juice.
