Rice Pilaf with Turkey

Chicken meat cut into noodles, simmered with rice and other ingredients until tender, sprinkled with scallions before serving.

Ingredients:

400 g of turkey 200 g 200 g of rice 30 g fat 20 g butter 10 g smooth flour 4 pcs of cloves 2 pcs of garlic cloves 2 pcs of spring onions 1 pcs of red peppers 1 pk onions 2 tbsp ground red pepper 2 tbsp ground red pepper 1 tsp red curry paste 1 tbsp curry spice

Procedure:

  • Slice the cleaned turkey meat into noodles, finely chop the peeled onion, slice the peeled garlic, rinse the rice in cold water and drain
  • .In a saucepan, fry the sliced onion in hot fat until golden brown, then remove from heat, stir in the garlic slices, minced paprika, red curry paste, add the tomatoes, stir, put back on the stove, stir in the sliced meat, curry spices, cloves, pour water to submerge the meat, salt everything
  • Simmer the dish under the lid until semi-soft, then remove a cup of the juice, which we leave aside
  • Add rice, cleaned, chopped peppers to the meat, stir, bring the pilaf to a boil, cover, put in the oven and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is soft and dry
  • Mix the melted butter with the flour, add the cup of juice that you have set aside, a little water, simmer for 20 minutes and season with salt if necessary
  • Before serving, sprinkle the rice pilaf with finely chopped scallions and season with the juice.
