Rice milk with Thermomix
Rice Milk with Thermomix, a recipe for a gluten-free plant milk rich in B vitamins and minerals, to use for cooking or drinking.
Ingredients:
1100 g water 3 tablespoons rice 15 g cane sugar
Preparation:
– Put in the thermomix bowl, sugar and rice and mix 40 sec at speed 10.
– Pour in 600 g of water and cook for 20 min at 100°C, at speed 2.
– At the buzzer add the remaining water and mix for 1 min at speed 8.
– Pour the milk into a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
– Before using it for cooking or drinking, always shake well beforehand to re-homogenize the mixture
