4 servings 1.50 glasses of basmati rice 500 g chicken breasts 400 g of tomatoes 100 g black or green olives 50 g of leeks 200 g of Parmesan oregano without pepper ground salt olive oil
Recipe preparation steps
1 Boil the rice according to the water content. I use an MVT oven (with double the amount of water and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes – depending on the power of the MVT).2 Finely chop the leeks and fry in olive oil in a wok. Add the diced chicken. Let it brown and season with spices. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and olives and leave to simmer. 3 Basil can of course be used instead of oregano. 4 Stir the rice into the prepared mixture.
