Rice Dumplings with Tomato Sauce

Dumplings made of steamed rice and other ingredients, fried in oil and served with tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

For dumplings: 200 g of rice 2 tbsp chopped parsley 2 pieces of eggplant breadcrumbs butter water

tomato puree 5 pcs of black peppercorns 3 pcs of allspice powder 2 pcs bean leaves 1 pcs whole cinnamon 1 pk onions 3 tbsp smooth flour 3 tbsp butter vinegar sugar salt

Procedure:

1. 2. mash with a masher, add eggs, butter, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, thicken with breadcrumbs if necessary
3. Form small dumplings and fry them in oil until golden brown
4. Pour the tomato sauce over the dumplings on the plate and serve.

Preparation of tomato sauce:
1. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 20 minutes
3. Prepare the roux by frying the plain flour in the butter, stirring constantly
4. Stir the roux slowly into the finished sauce and boil (over low heat), stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes 5.
