1 cup rice 1 pk egg 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp turmeric a little salt 1/2 cup rice flour

Cook the rice thoroughly until tender. Let it cool and add egg, starch, turmeric and a pinch of salt. To make a thick batter, add rice flour as needed and stir.

From the dough on a floured board, form a cylinder, from which you cut thicker slices and shape into balls, which you roll in the soup.
