Rhubarb-strawberry dessert

1 stalk rhubarb 125 g ripe strawberries cane sugar, cinnamon to taste 1 crucible sour cream 50 g dark chocolate 85 crushed biscuits

A quick dessert for an unexpected visitor. With a balanced taste of seasonal rhubarb and sweet strawberries.

Remove the petals and wash the strawberries, cut them into halves and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon.

Wash and peel the rhubarb. Then cut into small pieces and blanch. Soak in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes so it doesn’t soften too much. Rinse immediately with ice water and drain. Finally, sprinkle the dried rhubarb with sugar and cinnamon.

Cube the dark chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Add the cold sour cream and whisk until smooth.

Place the crushed biscuits in the bottom of the glass. Add the strawberries mixed with rhubarb, then layer the cream-chocolate cream and top again with the strawberries and rhubarb and cream. Decorate according to your own imagination. Enjoy!
