Reindeer Slices Torni

Always two slices of meat stuffed with cheese and English bacon.

Ingredients:

600 g of deer leg 20 g of butter

8 pcs bacon slices 4 pcs hard cheese slices 4 pcs eggplant ground pepper salt oil Paradise butter: 50 g of butter 2 tbsp finely chopped chives lemon juice salt

Procedure:

1. Cut eight slices from the reindeer leg over the grain, lightly season with salt and pepper
2. Lay four slices of meat with slices of bacon, cheese and bacon slices again
3. Cover with slices of meat, pinch the edges together with a mallet and fasten with pins to make rolls
