Reindeer root soup

Poro root soup reflects the wonderful flavours of our country. It can be made with reindeer chips or cold smoked smoke powder if you want to add a smoky flavour to the soup.
Ingredients for four
n. 250g pork loin 2 carrots 1 small radish a piece of celeriac 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper thyme a few sprigs of sour cream lingonberry jam
Peel the carrots, celeriac and radish. Cut into dice sizes.
In a saucepan, add a litre of waterä and bring to the boil. Season with salt and apple cider vinegar. Bring the reindeer, carrots and radish to the boil first. After 15 minutes add the celery. Cook for another quarter, add the thyme and season with pepper.
Let simmer for a while under the lid.
Serve the reindeer root soup with sour cream and lingonberry jam.
